Founder & Managing Partner
Tom established CXPS in 2020 after a long and successful career in the contact center industry, including assignments at some of the largest BPOs in the world. He leads all company strategy and the growth of our relationship network.
Jeff is a tenured contact center professional with 25 years in the BPO Industry. His experience in executive roles at Sitel, Alorica, KPMG and Borland Software has helped him establish an extensive partner and executive network in the industry. Jeff has worked directly supporting clients, including Fortune 500 companies, regional organizations, and SMBs.
With extensive experience in marketing and social media, Abby is responsible for managing internal and external branding, marketing, and communications strategies for CXPS.
Scott leads in all legal and contracting matters at CXPS, including assisting in the drafting and completing of contracts between BPOs and the clients who come to them through our service.
